xF2 Add-on [cXF] Enhanced controls for approval queue 1.1.0

Description:
This add-on adds sticky value to the approval queue controls so it's easier to moderate for example long posts. It also has a style property option to fine adjust the distance from the top edge (for example if you use [cXF] Top Navigation).

It respects the top padding for Sticky navigation element (Primary navigation row only, Primary and sub-navigation rows, None).
