xF2 Add-on Enhanced Attachment System (EAS2) 1.7.1c

As the original developer got sick, he may not able to provide an update soon, so we decided to release this fixed just to make it compatible with XenForo 2.1.x

Once again, we - VFTeam released a new version for this awesome add-on. This release will fix the error "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action." even when you have set permission right, if you haven't faced issue like this, it's better to skip this release.
