How can i get those big icons of resource

src/addons/XFRM/Service/ResourceItem/Icon.php
changed
$targetSize = $this->app->container('avatarSizeMap')['m'];
to
$targetSize = 300;
then re-upload icons

Added option in Addon for increasing the size
