Released 2x 2.2.8 patch 1 strange error when changing node permissions!?

I'm running 2.2.8 Patch 1. When I tried to change node permissions for one of my categories, I get an "opps we ran into a problem" error and then my site stops responding for like 10 mins. It said check console for more info so I did and it showed a "resource forbidden" and a 443 apache error.

Does anyone have any ideas what this means? Thanks!

It works fine at my end on 2.2.8 Patch 1, So i guess its some issue at your end, it could be file permissions related. Or if you are using cloudflare, then it might be from there aswell.

Vexmight be a 3rd party addon which is not working correctly.

If so it could be mod security.

VexIt might be one setting configuration of it which caused the problem. Possibly add your configuration of it here in a spoiler code section
