xF2 Add-on Add-on or bot? Copy threads and posts.

Recently I came across a forum that copied usernames, accounts and posts directly from another forum I've seen and collected all kinds of the same forums.
Obviously this will kill SEO but I'm very curious which add-on they used? or if anyone has heard of this as an addon? i have a suspicion it's a bot.

opalI'm not sure if there are other scripts/addons like this but I think they used RSS feed there to import posts to other forums/sites
