changing time stamp to include hours instead of today?

hey guys. i am trying to figure out how to change the time stamp for last posts and the date of post in messages.

currently it goes: a moment ago -> minutes ago -> today at

but i am looking for it to be: seconds ago -> minutes ago -> hours ago

after hours ago, it is fine to be displayed as it normally is (Yesterday at, etc)

im sure this may be something in the core, but can't find any guide for xenforo 2.1 on this.

popwoothere is a plugin that does that for andy but i don't remember the name

@sucre13 not what i was looking for. im looking to change the time of posts from today to hours.

for example, this would say 2 Hours Ago instead of Today at ..

And a moment ago would say for example, 36 Seconds Ago
