Confirmation emails take a long time

A user is registered, and new accounts take time to use because the account confirmation email takes a long time to arrive.

I have consulted with my hosting and they tell me that they have no problems with the servers.

It is already configured, and still the problem continues.

The system tells me that the test email is sent correctly but never arrives.

In SSL encryption I get an error in the log
in TLS encryption it doesn't give me an error

It tells me that it has been sent successfully but the mail never arrives

Already, they gave me the direct server data

SMTP and its port, those are the data that I have

Xenforo tells me that the mail is sent without any problem

However, mail never arrives, no matter if it is gmail or temporary email, it does not arrive in a spam tray

I don't know what else it can be

I have to do manual validations for while

Where they send me emails from their email saying their username to validate them makes everything slower and more annoying

It's definitely your Email Host problems. The Email host is slow, and they are sending late emails. Most of the hosts has some limits about how many emails they can send in every hour etc. I suggest you to use Yandex Webmaster Email. Its really good and fast rather than the original host one.

GrimHackers also use this, Yandex also have limits but its not that much thing you should bother. Or you can use ProtonMail premium if you want to spend some more bucks.

Thanks <3

are you using port 587?

I would still suggest to use Yandex Webmaster mail because banahosting doesn't seem so reliable for Mail Service. I would use a professional for this.

I solved it, I'm a genius

Apparently in the email for returns

The email that I want you to send to be the recipient must be the same for some strange reason, if so, if it works correctly and arrives immediately

The issue was caused by the missing SPF Record in your hosting provider to install SPF then after 24 hrs your problem is 100% fixs.
