[CZ] Favicon Notification Badge - adds number of notifications to the favicon

Description:
Adds badge to favicon of Xenforo using favico.js from Miroslav Magda.

Features:
the following following options can be chosen:
  • Position
  • Animation
  • Badge-type
It's also possible to change colors. This is done as Style-Property
  • Background-Color
  • Font-Color
