thats a mybb theme that the forum name is nulled.to . i can see because it have credits aka mochi. its very hard to do it in xenforo. mybb have lots of customizations available. i hope we find some way to do that.

He is using xenforo japanisme.com u can use archive.com to fetch the old page because site is down .he also posted a tutorial of postbit background of xenforo
