Download Without Login

How can i set that every Guest on my Site can Download Files from Downloads Section without Login

i use IPS 4.5.4

I do not recommend that it is better to register so you have more visits and more traffic so your forum or website grows more

A simple plugin can achieve this but as @sucre13 mentioned not a good idea for several reasons. In addition its not good for bandwidth as the links can be distributed net wide and everyone will be sucking off your bandwidth with no tracking of who's downloading or where the links are. Also using a old insecure version of IPS can open security issues if non members have access to links that can be altered to attack/access an application or system. I suggest updating IPS more than anything.
