I had same problem than you after a upgrade, hope you did a backup before, if you did, just restore the backup, uninstall the

Editor & BB Code Manager , upgrade and install the add-on i told you​

dwinchesterBut the one you mentioned can only limit access to the hide bb tags to specific groups and for all BB tags.
I still do not have any problems, it works also the toolbar

swissHIDEDATE is not something from Editor BB Code manager.

What did you have installed too
