en la misma plantilla user_email_confirmation puede modificar el código. y para hacer enlaces, esta es la siguiente sintaxis: <a href=' http://direction to you want the link to go'> aquí el nombre donde va a hacer clic </a> le aconsejo que realice las pruebas y mira la pestaña del foro para ver los cambios.
