So ACP -> Tools -> Test outbound email says that outbound emails are working but no one is receiving any emails? Is it possible that it might be getting caught up by their spam filters? Do you see anything in ACP -> Logs -> Email bounce log?

i checked it outbound is working 10/10 score in gmail smtp but email confirmation null ?

Then you should ask your Hosting To allow outbound Mail.or maybe your mail was going on spam Folder
