Errr help! XenForo installation looks strange - no correct formating

Xenforo is doing this weird thing after a fresh install, any ideas on how to fix it?

MarkyWAPi haved some problem it is on writing files,u need to upload all files by filezilla seperate all files no extract to cpanel.
also mysql create new account,if it is ssl u need to write to ur hosting to renew ur ssl from cpanel.

ridvanco1In most cases, this is not a problem with the SSL-certificate itself, but with its connection method. As an example, if a cloudflare is used, it has its own nuances.

Sorry for the SUPER delayed response to you all, but I did everything I could think of with XF. Just to see if there might be something else I'm glossing over, I tried wiping it; and installing VB instead; and the SAME thing happened, making me even MORE confused.

MarkyWAPTell us a little bit more about the provider/hoster
would be good as well to get phpinfo output and maybe the url to the site
