from nulled to orginal licenced user

So far used nulled IPS, recently bought ips licence now when I give licence number it is saying could not connect.
Please help how can I use original one?

because null file delete same function.

Yes i did when try to upgrade with the new code ask for licence key but afterwards it is says could not connect to ips server
