Hello Guys, Hope you all are doing great.
1. I have a [DBTech] DragonByte Credits RM Downloaded Event with a charge of 5 credits.
But the problem is, that it is frequently triggered multiple times when someone clicks on download.
Sometimes It keeps triggering while staying on the [XenGenTr] RM Ekstra download page.
Is it possible to trigger this event once an hour for each downloaded item?
- Like If someone downloaded a resource now and the event triggered after that he can download as much as time he needed it within an hour but not other resources.
2. As an Administration I don't want to be charged while downloading any Resources. For this, I unchecked Administrator UserGroup from RM Downloaded Even but Still getting charged.
How can I resolve this problem?
3. Can anyone explain these options (Frequency, Maximum Applications, Limit period) from DB Credits?
