To clear DNS cache:
Press WIN+R -> Type "cmd" -> Press ENTER -> Type "ipconfig /flushdns" -> Press ENTER -> Restart computer.

To clear browser cache on Chrome, click here.
To clear browser cache on Microsoft Edge, click here.

If clearing cache turns out to be too confusing, you may as well wait for the TTL period set by the webmaster to expire.
