Help insert advertising banners

Hi guys, I downloaded the advertising plugin (Siropu). I need help. I would like to insert a banner (taking this forum as an example) under the table in the header (new post, new threads, etc ...). What should I do to insert a banner in that position?

- Also, I would like to insert a banner in the home forums. So, for example, between XenForo Generale and Xenforo 2 (again as an example this forum)

- And then I would like to insert, if possible, a banner within the first post. Next to the content.

I don't seem to see these options on the plugin!
