Help with pounders AD

Hey everyone , I'm getting stuck with one stuff right now, I'm trying to place pounders / type of ad that opens a new tab in your browser and redirect you to a new website , but i wanna place this type of ad only to guest and users who don't own a membership, I'm using ADS manager addon, any help with this ?

Yeah but that's not enough or I'm not setting it right
what should i set to show the ad only to those 2 groups

DareSecyeah i tried both and still not working, this typo ads only works if i place it on PAGE CONTAINER, but ofc pops up for everyone

Working just fine you're a genius, Setup - Advertising
Just place the pounder code, and if you want to set it for Guest and regular users , use User is a member of any of the selected user groups: select those groups, and Container header, and the pounder will be only for them.
