How can I install Styles?

I downloaded a Style from the resources section, but I don't know, I don't understand how to install it

My native language is Spanish

and I don't understand how to search the forum correctly

David MoralesUnzip the file. Upload the contents in 'upload' directory on your server. Then goto admin panel>appearence>styles>import then import the .xml file. Thats it style will be installed.
