How can I stop a Spider BOT ?

Hello, I see many time this BOT scanning my site : SEMrushBot
I think is a legal one, but In my opinon it spend too much time...., maybe is slowing down a bit my site.
Can I disable or ban it in some way ? ( if for other hands I have no problem or it's not connected to google, for example)

if you can block it
