Integrate Postbit Background

A Thread about @GrimHackers told me to modify or making custom add-ons and here it is, integrated with Postbit Background

This is initial release, i will include disable/enable option for future but there is already template modifications you can just disable from there
From now its private addon, might sharing to ENXF but will be SVIP Files, this will be for @AnythingButLol forum only for now

Hahah, not actually left. Xenforo was causing me heavy usage making the site slow, (Don't have enough to upgrade server rn). So thought of changing the platform. Won't keep it as a forum anymore.

i think that postbit and cover should not work together. If user want then he should have option to upload two different images in cover and postbit.

+ I would suggest that there should be some opacity in the cover.

will there be issue because postbit background and cover background image still will differentiate . so postbit background will cut the 95% of the image.
