I can't add Payment Methods in /clients/cards/, the link just isn't there in the navigation and even when I manually browse to that link, the Add New button is not there. Is there any fix?

AyonI don't even see the Payment Methods navigation link and I've checked every permission.
To access the Payment Methods area I have to manually navigate to /clients/cards/

and this is what I get after clicking on Add New
