Fixed an issue in the helper template that hide all upload buttons.

Update to v2.2.3
I've made an update to prevent a little bit more issues with the Froala Editor in XenForo 2.2.x

• different positions for the upload button
• choose if you disabled the XF attachment permissions

Feel free to test and comment any issues

@BattleKing if you open member profile directly from home screen sidebar and try to post on his profile, it will show multiple buttons otherwise it will not show..
Can you share the link where you installed
