Looking for a redirect plugin

I am looking for a plugin for xenforo, that only people who react / comment the post, the link will be visible (For guests of course not).

And 2nd plugin:
If you click on a link you should go to a external redirect website where I can put my ads..

Is something like that available? Sorry for my english.
