Xenforo 2.1 Mobile PageSpeed Insight Score low! Best Solution?

I've tried a lot of things and couldn't solve Mobile score average load time is 5.4s

However, I optimized Desktop and got 85+ score✅
used litespeed cache add-on and had to do setup(hard 1st time)

If you go crazy from google, you will get there, I don't trust anything in that tool, before I was stuck with it until I realized that it doesn't work at all, your page can load 5 seconds and, however, it gives you a bad position. 😑😑😑

Even I can notice the delays in Page loading!

Though after using GZIP Compression I could get 54 score with 2.5s load time now

Still a website with less than 1s load time is considered better in terms or SEO and being more user friendly
