Moderation actions aren't logged

Version: v2.1.4

A moderator on my forum locked a thread but I don't know who locked it because when I click on the thread and I click on Moderator actions the forum says "No moderator actions have been logged". But when I lock a thread my action is logged. How can I fix this?

I tried it without addons and it's still not logging so this is Xenforo's issue. I don't know how it's logged in 2.1.3 but it's not logging in 2.1.4 for me.
