• Add "Strip unusable prefixes" option (default true) to control how individual content's move command handles moving where prefixes are not permitted to be used

@ENXF NET thanks bud. I found a fix. When upgrading to latest xf it changes permissions of folder. So changing permissions back helped and it installed without any errors. thanks for trying to help out buddy
