my forum profile buttom design are not showing and comment boxs issuse ⁉️

Problem 1:

Before:
when i was using fury style couple of month ago its shows like this

After:
but after switching to titan style its shows like this

i have tried to find option but i can't see anywhere can anyone tell me where to enable those things


Problem 2:

Before:
when i am using fury style
clearly visible the highleted parts

after:
now i am using titan style
not visible the highleted part i have hover over to see it

if anyone has the solution of this issuse ?
