XF 2.1 Style Problem in mobile browsers

Hello everybody ..
How are you ??

I have a style problem in mobile browsers . see,, i use Titan style but not directly .. because i use my own preference which mean .. i have my own New Default style ...
So now the problem as i told you is in mobile browsers .. BUT it shows in the LONG THREAD .. it's disappear from the middle ..
I update the style Titan to the last version 2.1.2.1 ... and i update XF to the last version 2.1.4 ,, but the problem still .

What can i do ?!!!

when i make a new style .. it not includes the full menu like
Xenfocus: Logo and navigation
Xenfocus: Customize Panel
Xenfocus: Background picker

what should i do ??
because all the other styles have an issue with the phone browsers .
I want to make a new style from scratch .
