I have problem with resources
I can't create resource i don't know why and what is problem,in premission all is granted,please help me.

BattleKingI created new superadmin,and now works

But one problem have when one guest want to download need to login,i want remove
you must login to do that.

Go to Usergroup Permissions, and give the resource manager permissions to your usergroup
