How about, I'm having problems with the sitemap.php ... I have a total of 3k urls but it only generates 40 for me, only the forums/, it doesn't generate the topics or the users. What could it be ?

Are you sure that your other pages don't require an account to access? If other pages require a forum account to access, then XenForo will not add those parts to the sitemap.
