Trouble with download Resources XenForo 2.X.X Template modifications [2.x]

I hope this is the correct section for my problem. I would like to download this resource:

"Xenforo 2.1 [Widget] Display Random Quotations / FAQs"

But there is no downlod button for me, even when I hit "like". This file does not seem to be VIP or SVIP file.

I am i doing something wrong?

that you have to do it yourself that is not a plugin it is a template modification
