I have a problem when commenting on any topic, I get approval from an administrator where I can deactivate it.

So the problem is, either your forum/node has manual approval enabled, or your usergroup (The user is member in) has "bypass spam protection" disabled.

To fix problem one, go to Forums > Nodes > Click on a node and go down to Advanced options:

To fix problem two, edit usergroup (Both on Yes) - But not recommended.

SplichoI don't understand the green one if it is not active for admin to approve the message, it is strange
