What addon has that feature ?

There are several styles / themes out there that have very nice responsive mouse sensitive header boxes.
Im looking for a similar solution. Best way for me would be an addon for that.

Here are some examples with this type of moving & hover effect boxes or picture gallerys:

Theme: Sleek 5 colours

Theme: EXPerience

Its just pictures boxes. With very nice mouse hover effects.
Does anyone know if there is an addon for that ?

thats with in the theme under the forums theme settings and the other one is slider
