tabootLog into your admin cpanel, select the "Appearance" tab > Import, and browse for the .zip file. Choose the Overwrite style option and select your Parent xenfocus style from the list.

tabootNormally all changes on a theme should be executed on a child theme, so if you install e.g. a new style afterwards create a child of it, do all the changes only in the child one, so all your changes will remain during an upgrade.

tabootNo other way round the main theme is the original one, the child will only include the modifications.
