Xenforo image upload bug

Hello xenforo expert, I have got a image upload bug with my xenforo forum. The upload failed because the temporary directory was missing. The site administrator will need to resolve this before any files can be uploaded.
Please help me How to solve.

check to see if you have mod_security activated most of the time that is why it is in the panel or you should speak to the support of your hosting

also check the group permissions

that not a bug.
check upload_tmp_dir in php.ini.
