xF2 Template Modification Xenforo Resource Page

Here is what I want to achieve: https ://crax.shop

I am working on creating something similar.
Here are a few things I need help with:
1st: the layout.
I love the layout, the grid style is what I am looking to recreate. Is that done by https ://xenforo.com/community/resources/xtr-resource-manager-layout.8441/ or custom coding?
2nd: The seller level. That is something I especially need. How it show the seller level on resources?
I know that the website might be using [AddonFlare] XF2 Awards System addon to create the levels based on awards..But how does it shows on resources?

PinuccioI do understand that it is a custom theme, but also believe that resource page layout can be changed using addon and css...just that we cant get the exact same result with css....
but what i want is just a grid layout ..that can easily be done with CSS..i have done it on forum and subforums, but could not get it on resource...
