xF2 Add-on What would be your MUST add ons when starting a new forum setup?

After deciding about my style, now I'm trying to pick my add ons, but I'm not quite experienced wiht XF add ons.
So my question is what are the primary add ons every single forum admin should have for the following categories:
1- Forum security
2- SEO
3- e-commerce
4- payment
5- advertisement

and any other useful add ons that you think they're a MUST have..
