Is there any problem if I empty this table from the database? "xf_search_index" which is sized 372.8 MiB?

If you empty that, your users will not be able to search in the forum.

That table is the one which is going to take the most of the space in a xenforo forum, if you empty this table, then you have to regenerate the search index from the rebuild section in admin panel, which eventually will add back the indexes to the search table back. And it will again fill the space in there. So if you want to empty the table just for the sake for the space, than that won't be useful, but if you want to empty it because search functionality isn't working on your forum properly, then go ahead.

/admin.php?tools/rebuild

Here if you select delete, then it will delete the previous data from the search table, and rebuild the index in that table.
