xF2 Add-on [XFI] Tag Position 1.1.1

ENXF NET submitted a new resource:

[XFI] Tag Position - Control where tags are displayed on the page.

It was in the evening ... There
really was something to do and as it turned out, the developers removed the ability to select the location of the tag block.
In the first branch, you could choose a position above or below the topic, but here, alas.
So, this add-on solves this nuance, the position settings are in the general tag settings.
