XFRM Resource fields call to template

Hello, I want to create a custom field in xenforo resource manager and call that field's id to the template. Thanks to this, I want to set a special background image for each item. But the "$resource.Profile.custom_fields.xxx" value I call in the picture does not work. How can I do exactly what I want? Or if anyone knows exactly the different way to do this, can it help?

In if condition you have pstbtn, so do you have that custom field aswell?
