Installation:
Typically you will set the following user group permissions to No. This will hide members profiles to guests as well as hide private information in the user tooltip.
Unregistered / Unconfirmed -> General -> View user profile

Installation:
- Download Andy-RemoveUserBlurb-1.0.zip and unzip it.
- Copy the src/addons/Andy/RemoveUserBlurb directory to your server.
- From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
