xF2 Add-on [UH] Remove Attachments Permissions 2.2.11

A simple add-on that adds permissions to remove attachments from posts.

Works with:

• Messages
• Profile posts
• Profile posts comments.

When you try to delete an attachment, the user receives a standard error message.
