xF2 Add-on AndyB Conversation manager 1.0

ENXF NET submitted a new resource:

AndyB Conversation manager - Nonstaff can only create new conversations with staff.

Nonstaff can only create new conversations with staff.

This add-on is useful where you don't want to allow nonstaff members to start a conversation with other nonstaff members.

Features:

• All phrases start with conversationmanager_ for your convenience.

Installation:

1. Download Andy-ConversationManager-1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/ConversationManager directory to your server.
