What is the best way to scale up high traffic xenforo site?
I think using a dedicated server or bare metal is rather painful and hard to manage.
I am thinking about creating multiple cloud VM to utilise it for multiple purposes as below.
1. MySQL database
2. Redis Server
3. Php/xenforo core server
4. File server using s3
5. Reverse proxy
A separate VM for each of them services, all in same or nearby locations for good latency.
