Hello,
I would like to know if in the tickets it is possible to autocomplete fields, as in the case of private messages.
enxf.net/threads/nixfifty-tickets.2069
I have created a custom field, product_link
This field is for entering the url of the purchased product.
This field must be filled manually but I would like to know if there is a way to create an autocomplete.
enxf.net/conversations/add?to=USERNAME&title=text+text+text+etc
I would like to know if it is possible with tickets
Another example, I think more accurate, is that of the reports, the reports say the url that have reported, they tell you the content.
I would like tickets to be like that, to say where the ticket comes from, what url, what product.
I would like this field to be filled in
I thought about using the reporting system, but it would get in the way of the moderators' system.
That's why I thought about tickets
If you could tell me, what documentation to read, what code to review, guidelines for this, or where to look or what to look for, I would appreciate it.
Best regards and I hope I have explained myself
