gifs not animating

For some reason, gifs aren't animating on my forum (https://sgiforum.com/)

I searched for a solution, thinking there may be an add on enabling it. There indeed is an add on to use gifs as avatars but couldn't find anything to use gifs in messages making me think they should work automatically but in my case, they aren't.

Anyone have any idea why this would be?

Mordacyou have to enable in the setting admin
