Hello, Everyone! I need help changing the xenforo homepage url.

I want my xenforo forum to be https: //mysite.com/homepage/ instead of https: //mysite.com , only for the homepage.

I know i can move the site to folder but this will not only change the homepage but also do change all url as example, mysite.com/folder/threads/, i dont want this. I only require this for the homepage.

Also mysite.com should parmanent redirect (301) to the mysite.com/homepage.

I have tried everything i can, including searching and browsing official xenforo forums. But found nothing that i can use. Hope someone here can help. Thank you in advance!

sucre13reason is that the https://mysite.com/ is dmca'ed from google search. So i need to change the url of it and re-submit it. cz users cant find the site by searching just the name.

dwinchesterI guess doing that will have stability issues, furthermore, it will not be updated in the sitemap as a website's root/index the htaccess method. Ignoring the sitemap issue is it actually possible to just rename the index URL to something else, I mean. When I open with just the domain typed in the browser it always opens like htpps :// mysite.com/ no matter what I set in index page route. I just and specifically need to change the URL only but all I can find are people looking for a custom homepage page and people with friendly URL issues.

Cumminatori had the same issue 1 year ago and i just fixed the .htaccess im pretty sure if you do it , specially with mod_rewrite on xenforo it automatically fix the url
