I seem to be unable to download? [Resolved]

Hello there, guys! I've been trying to download something (I haven't reached my 10 in the last 24-hours) and I cannot seem to unlock the download button. I don't think that the resource I'm trying to download is under any sort of "VIP" lock as it seems I can't download any resources on the site.

The resource I intended on downloading was: https://enxf.net/resources/dbtech-dragonbyte-ecommerce.425/

I've liked the resource, etc. but I can't seem to get the download to unlock; I've even tried different browsers and on a VPN/off a VPN.

Any help would be appreciated!

Edit: It was under SVIP lock and I just didn't read correctly.

I see this now; I didn't check the directory of the resource (that leads back to the SVIP area) since I clicked on the resource off of a Google search. Thanks for the help, I'll consider buying VIP.
